Well summer is in full swing and the garage sales have been disappointing so far.

But there is cool stuff going on, for one I found a 360 HD-DVD player for $20, yeah HD DVD is a failed format and all, but at $20 I can easily make up the cost by buying some of the movies I want on HD DVD and since the format is dead they are dirt cheap. Yeehaw!

First 2 pics are for a new Capcom game Tatsunoko vs Capcom, totally excited about this one!! It's got a pile of good Capcom characters fighting the guys from G Force and other shows. I hope it comes out here, but accept that it may stay in Japan. Fingers are crossed. Importing possible.












Went to Dave and Busters in Toronto a while ago, awesome place, sure was nice to see an arcade again! They even had some classic games there, well, only 6 of them, but still.

Nerd Envy

Today I was over at a buddy's house. In his house is every game ever made for the Nintendo Entertainment System or NES. So amazing. All but 12 have their original boxes and he's working on getting those, we met cause I sold him one that he was missing. There were over 700 games released for the NES in North America some are extremely rare, selling for $1,000's now. (in the last 2 years many of the REALLY rare ones have more than doubled in price.)

It was an amazing sight for a nerd such as me, not something I aspire to, but holy crap was it cool.
